Orders
Initial Global endeavors to maintain a consistent price policy and
to update this site to reflect any changes in price; however, some
prices may vary depending on availability from our suppliers. This does
not necessarily mean prices will always increase; however, prices may be
subject to change without notice.
Orders can be placed online or over the phone. Notifications are
provided when an order's status has changed. Customers have the option
to shop online and have their order delivered to their location of
choice.
Orders placed before 4 pm EST will usually be delivered within 2
business days. Special order items may take longer but are usually
delivered within 14 business days. Orders shipped to destinations within
Canada are subject to tax(es) based on the provisions outlined in the
Canadian Income Tax Act. Orders shipped to all other destinations are
not subject to Canadian tax(es); however, may be subject to a tariff
and/or duty.
Shipping
Initial Global offers free delivery on stationary items on orders
valuing $150.00 before shipping charges and applicable taxes.
This offer is valid for deliveries to the following destinations:
Any other destinations within Ontario, excluding Northern Ontario,
are eligible for free shipping for orders valuing over $200.00 before
shipping charges and applicable taxes.
Please note that furniture, large boards, chair mats, bulky products
and some paper products are not eligible for free shipping. For more

All stationary orders within our local trading area will be delivered with regular shipments.
Shipping costs may be added to your invoice total or billed
separately. The freight levels apply to assorted stationary orders
within our local trading area only. Orders placed outside of the local
trading areas may take 3 to 5 business days and will have a separate
delivery charge based on the weight, volume and delivery distance.
Returns
Initial Global offers a full credit on all returned products for
up to 10 days from the date the product was received by the customer. A
25% restocking fee will apply for all returns between 11 and 30 days. No
returns will be accepted after 31 days. Please note that shipping
charges, including fuel surcharges are non-refundable.
If the products are damaged, be sure to describe the damages on the bill of lading before signing. When there is concealed damage, save the packaging for inspection. Returns must be in original package and in resalable condition and will not be accepted if not accompanied by an authorization number. If the returned item or packaging is not in a resalable condition, no credit will be issued. Resalable is defined as ?an item you would deliver with confidence to your best and most important customer.? Please note that custom orders, orders for items not listed in our catalogue, special orders and furniture and considered final and cannot be returned. |
